Thank you for selecting Homestay Villa @ A'Famosa Resort as your preferred accommodation in Melaka. Please find the following terms & conditions related to your reservation :

PREPAYMENT OPTIONS: Payments can be made by Bank Transfer. We require RM400 prepayment to reserve the date. On your arrival just pay the remaining balance (CASH or Bank Transfer) to our caretaker.

Bank Info (CIMB & Maybank) will be sent to you after you make a reservation

Prepayment are not refundable. If Prepayment were not made & we can't get any response from you, we may transfer your reservation to other guests.

***IMPORTANT*** : 7 days prior to your arrival date our HomestayVilla team will contact with you for the Arrival Instructions & Directions to the property. Our villa is equipped with Code-Operated front door locks, and the code will be contained upon Arrival so that you can enter the villa on the Arrival Date stated above. Your reservation is not confirmed until we have approved the completed Rental Agreement and Received Final Payment, and if these items have not been met, we will NOT provide the Arrival info.

• CHECK OUT time is 12PM

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A mandatory security deposit of RM400 is required upon arrival & will be return during depature. Guests are financially responsible for any damage sustained during their stay. Any intentional damage will be deducted directly from your security deposit.

FREE PARKING: Front of the villa parking space can fit 2 vehicles. There's also a free parking space beside the villa for more vehicles.

FREE-WIFI Our villa Lot 1100 provide High-speed Internet (up to 20MBps) access through 3rd party Internet Service Providers. Internet service if provided are not guaranteed. We will not provide any refunds or rate adjustments for interrupted service.

BBQ: Our villa comes with a BBQ Pit. You need to prepare BBQ coal & grill tool sets.

TV CHANNELS: Our villa is using astro njoi services. please refer to Njoi Website (Available Channel) for free channels. As for premium channel (Prabayar), minimum charge of RM10 to subscribe to the selected channel. You must let us know prior the arrival as the topup takes awhile to apply.

EARLY CHECK-IN (12PM-2PM) Early check-in is subjected to availability. Additional RM30 per hour will be charged for early check-in. During peak summer periods, check-in to property may be delayed because of our commitment to provide a clean unit.

LATE CHECK-OUT (1PM-3PM) Late check-out is subjected to availability. Additional RM30 per hour will be charged for late check-out. Guests who delay check out beyond 3:00 PM will be charged for an additional day.

CLEANING: Our cleaning includes the stripping and remaking of the beds with fresh linens, light dusting, vacuum and mopping of floors, clean and sanitize bathrooms. If additional cleaning is required after your checkout, furniture repositioned, or linens missing, your security deposit will be deducted for the additional cleaning service. Additional Housekeeping Services are available for a fee. Check with our Caretaker for prices. The departure/cleaning fee is added to ALL reservations.

MAINTENANCE: Please report any damage or malfunction of equipment to our Caretaker at 012-6639732 as soon as possible. Failure to do so may incur some liability to the guest. Repairmen may enter the premises during normal working hours for the purpose of repair. Working conditions of pools, air conditioners, televisions, appliances, etc. are NOT guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures. HomestayVilla.com cannot make any service requests for these services as the 3rd party service provider will only respond to the customer on site.
